HOW DO I QUALIFY?

From our initial conversation with you, we learn what your home needs are, and also have you review your currrent financial situation.  You complete an application, then we connect you with one of our approved mortgage experts to analyze your credit and finances, and provide a mortgage review letter that estimates the timing when you should be able to get your own mortgage. With this information, we create a customized arrangement for you.

WHAT HOMES CAN I CHOOSE FROM?

Virtually any homes that are available for sale in the real estate broker database, subject to your affordability and preferred location and amenities, are available for you.  You are not limited to just homes that are offered for sale as a rent-to-own home.  

This opens the door to many more possibilities for you to match your home needs rather than just  settle for a home from a limited selection.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

We strive to keep our home buyer program affordable and cost-effective.  Doing so provides more people a chance to live in the home of their dreams.

When you are ready to proceed, you will complete an application and pay the $497 application and processing fee.  No other charges or fees exist, however you will need to pay the home option fee when you select the home you want.  The home option fee becomes your down payment on the home when you get your mortgage in 6-18 months.  100% of the home option fee paid will be credited toward the purchase price when you get your mortgage.  This is a typical requirement as a down payment whenever anyone buys a home, even if they get a mortgage now.
